A Beautiful Garden for those Sunny and Warm Days

With a love for having a great lawn and outdoors space Rodger invited Sarah from 'Mary & Mary' to transform the Hare and Hounds garden to a delightful space for all to enjoy. Now a great space to enjoy a few drinks and/or meal in a relaxed environment on those lovely sunny days. The Hare and Hounds is a dog friendly pub as long as dog owners ensure their dog is well behaved, kept on a lead at all times and most importantly endeavor to clean up any undesirable packages that some folk choose to ignore.

Big Screen Television | Pool Table | Darts

We have a large screen in high definition, a big screen television plus two smaller ones covering the wine/sports bar and the public bar areas where sports enthusiasts can come and enjoy watching any important game shown on terrestrial channels. There is also a pool table, a darts board and game machines for additional entertainment.

Juke Box

For those who fancy a session of their popular tunes, our juke box is loaded with an abundance of music choices which are regularly updated and has proven to be continuously jammed with selections that will keep you tapping your feet.

The village boasts a strong sporting heritage and various cups and trophies from local sports clubs are housed at the pub as well. The Hare and Hounds is where you can come to relax, unwind and meet old friends and new. If you just want a refreshing drink that's fine but if you want to eat, we'll always make it special.
